I've been taking up photography since 2011. I've always enjoyed the art of photography since I was young, always taking my dad's camera and taking pictures with it. I began to learn how to use a Digital SLR camera, once I started that I began to use all my cameras in a manual exposure, toying with the aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and so on. I became increasingly fascinated on how a camera worked and the bodies and lenses that went into it. In October of 2012, my parents bought me a Canon Rebel T3i with 2 lenses (EFS 55-250mm & EFS 18-55mm). Wherever I go, my camera goes. I always bring it to special occasions and when I go out to the barn. I've been lucky enough to be blessed with my 3 year old filly, and to share my photography with and all the other horses that have been in my life. Horses will, and always are apart of my life, photography is a way that I can express that love and to show others the true beauty behind a horse.
Photography & horses will always have a special place in my heart, just like my passion for graphic design. I've always loved going on the computer and playing around with Photoshop since I was 11 years old. I loved it so much, whenever we had a day off from school I'd go on the computer and play around with some first version of Adobe Photoshop. Sometime later I got a taste of what Adobe can do, I got Adobe Photoshop cs3 and I got right into it. Of course, being such a big program (it was relatively new at the time) I had struggles that went with the program. Eventually I just did a typical trail-and-error and within months of obtaining Photoshop I knew my way around it pretty well. Fast forward 5 years later and I was given Photoshop cs6. This change was very different from my older Photoshop, but got the hang of it very quickly. The much more advanced, up-to-date Adobe was amazing and I was dealing with more options to do with my pictures. When I was in 4-h with friends I taken up the challenge to do graphic design posters for each and every one of the horses there. They turned out very well and everybody seemed to like them. I don't know what got my into the things I love, they have all been a natural thing to me like breathing. I hope to share my love with other people and stride to be the best I can be.
